HOW TO MAKE
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, then stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with an orange peel.
Skip the gin, top with sparkling water, and serve in a tall glass
Sub rye for gin and dry vermouth for sweet vermouth
Sub bourbon for gin
