HOW TO MAKE
Ingredients
2 ounces dark rum
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce orange curacao
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce orgeat

Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Swap in Scotch for rum

Top with grenadine, slowly, to give the drink a layered effect
