HOW TO MAKE
Ingredients
1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 ounces champagne
Directions
Shake gin, lemon and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a flute or a coupe, then top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
