Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces dark rum
6 ounces ginger beer
Lime wedge
Directions
Add rum to an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
VARIATIONS/SUBSTITUTES
Jamaican and Ginger
Sub in rich Jamaican rum
Rum Mule
Add 1/2 ounce lime, two dashes Angostura bitters, and serve in a copper mug
Rum Buck
Add 1/2 ounce lime, sub ginger ale for ginger beer, top with two dashes of bitters
