If you go to Jaco, Costa Rica you can do the following:

beach, canopy, girls, atv, rafting, croc tour, see monkeys and all kinds of animals and birds, drink, party like a rock star, and much much more.

We just left there and had the best time of our lives...if you can go go....

I totally agree with the Bourbon tasting plan, but you can definitely improve upon it by visiting Louisville and hitting the Bourbon Trail.  http://www.kybourbontrail.com/

Sometimes I take the wealth of Bourbon around here for granted, but its definitely worth checking out.  If you want suggestions, feel free to hit me up.
