Mexico actually IS a great place right now.  Perfect weather, cheap, no crowds, and it IS safe, especially in tourist areas. Who's going on a honeymoon near the US border anyway (where the kidnappers/drug traffickers are)?  I'd do Mexico in a heartbeat. Check out the Mexican riviera (Playa del Carmen and south).

I like it. I haven't personally done the research for my own honeymoon or bachelor party in Mexico--so no one should take this with any certainty whatsoever--but my gut, at least, is that most of the fear is just that, fear.

At the very least, probably some amazing bargains you can score right now.

I'm sure it's safe and all but where I work if you come back from Mexico you are quarantined and made to stay at home. I'm thinking it's un-paid leave too.

We're headed to Cape Cod. Sounds kinda "Kennedy" but I'm thinking it will be a good time.

I was in Cape Cod the other weekend. You'll have a great time. And yeah, while it kinda has the Kennedy vibe -- thick cardigan sweaters, skipping stones on the rocky shores, mist, etc. -- it should be perfect for your needs.  Amazing seafood (was with the family and we ordered in and cooked, otherwise I'd recommend restaurants), stunning beaches, the works.

Maxico is a great place. I like to live this city. There are many beaches in there..

Mexico is really a great place to go. But the insident on the oil spill many business were greatly affected. That up to now they still haven't got their oil spill claims.
