i know many like me have been in a possition where they give their all to someone treat her like no one ever has and don't feel much appreciation in return. don't get me wrong fellas i LOVE my wife to be and would go up against all the armies in the world for her, i know i wont be able to breathe without her but at times i feel like i don't matter and that all my efforts to make her happy and treat her like the queen she is account for nothing.

NOT GETTING TO FEEL CARED FOR CATERED TO AND APPRECIATED.....sometimes i feel like more could be done to show appreciation for treating her and caring for her like no one before ever has, the funny thing is i'm not one that is hard to please....i dont want gifts and that type of stuff...make some pop corn pop in a movie and come snuggle next to me, take the initiative at times and set a romantic date for us....those are the type of things that make me happy show me that she cares and want to be with me, after all actions speak louder than words...am i asking for too much????

I know this may come across as a dumb question, but have you talked to her about this?  I love my fiancee to death, but she's never been the sympathetic type, and there are definitely times I've had to sit her down and say "look, I don't ask for much, but you're taking me for granted here, and that needs to stop".  You're not asking for too much; guys're supposed to do the hard work, but even the old, played-out gender rules don't say we shouldn't get any credit for it.

But communication is definitely the key here.  You've got a right to get your thanks for treating her right, and from the sound of it you're not asking for that much, or getting your credit that often.  So talk to her and hope for the best.
